輸送貨物の固縛ベルト用張力計「LASHINGBITE」

摘要

In order to prevent cargo from collapsing during transportation, it is necessary to control tension when lashing. However, at the logistics site, only measures that the operator feels are necessary are performed and, therefore, a quantitative management method is desirable. To address this, we developed a measuring instrument for easily measuring tension at the logistics site. By using a three point system, this measuring instrument can take measurements even in noisy environments and in states in which the lashing belt is crossed. By using this measuring instrument, it is possible to build up a track record of quantitative lashing operations, wmch is considered useful for standardizing lashing operations.%トラックや船舶等で輸送する貨物が振動や衝撃により荷崩れを起こさないように，各種資材（ラッシングベルト，スチールバンド，ワイヤロープ，およびPPバンド等）を使用して貨物を固定する作業（以下「固縛」と称す）を行っている。
