GS1 DataBar高速レーザーマーキング新提案

摘要

レーザーマーキングは，ランニングコストがほとんど掛からず，製品と距離を離して設置が可能であることから，医薬品業界で多く使用されてきた。GS1DataBar印字においても使い慣れたレーザーマーキングで対応したい声が多く挙がっているガ，現行商品では搬送方法の改造など付帯費用が掛かることがネックとされていた。%In response to the revision of the guideline for GS1 DataBar marking on medical produces in 2012, we have developed the laser marker that enables marking during transportation of products. Conventionally, marking was done only by intermittently feeding products.This paper introduces this new machine and technology needed to develop it. It provides pharmaceutical companies with a reliable tool for better printing, elimination of conveyor modification, and shortened printing lines etc. and helps them comply with the guideline.
