Coxon has taken a page fromrncookbooks of old to reproduce the flavours and ingredients that oncernadorned the tables of mediaeval knights, mighty Roman emperorsrnand ancient Greek temples, and created the three Historic Vinaigresrn- Mediaeval Ale-Gar, Ancient Greek Vinaigre and Roman Vinaigre.rnEach holds a unique combination of flavours that enhance all aspects ofrnmodern cooking. They are all presented in amphora stylish glass bottles.rnA small Cape Town company called Crystal Bottle Processors did the acid wash to get the frosted effect. The bottles, manufactured by Consol Glass, combine ancient and modern aesthetics to create a stunning look for any home kitchen. A cork stopper adds the perfect finish to a unique packaging concept.
