Celebrity chef brews up flavorful bagged beans

New Orleans chef and TV host Emeril Lagasse is known for cooking with flavor and flair. He has partnered with White Coffee Corp. to launch a line of coffees that reflect his spicy personality. The Emeril's Signature Blend Coffees includes four varieties that evoke the cuisine of his hometown: New Orleans Dark Roast, Caramel Bread Pudding, Bam Morning Blend and Kicked-Up French Vanilla. "They're made just how I like my coffee: full-bodied, smooth and flavorful," says Lagasse. The three-ply laminate pouches (polyester, foil and polyethylene)-designed by White Coffee staff-are produced by Admiral Packaging , and printed on a 10-color flexo press. Each pouch bears the smiling chef's countenance; the back features a signature recipe using the brewed coffee.
