Kodak has created an end-to-end, integrated solution by connecting its INSITE Storefront System and EMS Business Software, allowing a customer's online order to be sent to the business management system. This eliminates the need to manually re-key customer orders for job management, processing, and invoicing. Once an order is placed through INSITE, the item ordered, quantity, special instructions, and shipping address are all validated in the EMS, which then creates, releases, and schedules the job.
