MULTI-PLASTICS, INC. was expected to purchase the Reynolds Packaging KAMA Hazleton, Pa. and Avenel, N.J. extrusion facilities from Reynolds Packaging, Lincolnshire, Ill. by the end of October. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The closing and transition were expected to take place by October 30, 2009, at which point the division would be known as MULTI-PLASTICS EXTRUSIONS, INC.
