Diecutting for In-Mold Labels

Schober will feature Rotary Diecutting Technology for in-mold label production. Technologies on display will include the RSM MX 410 with Star Wheel Delivery, which is especially suited for medium to long production runs. With the RSM-MX the registration is constantly monitored (customers report ±0.004" contour and a 0.008" diecut to print accuracy) so that a print-to-cut accuracy of 0.015" is maintained at 95 percent of production. Web widths of 10", 13", and 16" can be accommodated with a maximum roll diameter of 30". The diecutting module has a high-precision bearing assembly and an innovative "on the fly" die-to-anvil adjustment included.
