Keyless Anilox Offset System

Codimag will demonstrate the VIVA340 ANIFLO with seven colors, using Equinox prepress by Esko. It will print four jobs using an expanded gamut 7-color process. With a fixed set of inks on press, it is possible to print many jobs without any color changes, and without wash-up downtime. The ANIFLO "keyless" anilox offset system is designed for short-run label production. It is a unique offset printing unit on which ink is delivered by an anilox in order to get a constant and regular ink volume, and helps eliminate variables (such as ink key control) and stabilize the print process.
