There's a commonality in every success story that is truly remarkable. When the chips are down, those that persevere always seem to have a strong supporting network to back them up, no matter the situation. As we do every October, in this month's issue we feature the packagePRINTING TLMI converter of the year as our cover story. This year's recipients, Randy and Geri Wise, have truly embodied what it means to show support for each other as they have progressed through their lives and careers together. Before she joined the label printing world full-time with Randy, Geri worked in a very different industry. Her previous job was in sales with M&M Mars and during her time there she received multiple promotions. These promotions required relocations and each time Randy supported his wife's career goals by changing jobs and making the moves with Geri.q
