McBattas Packaging & Printing President Fred Arnold says brand owners appreciate the economics of shorter runs that are done several times per year versus longer runs that are done once and then inventoried. Using a pair of Xerox iGen 4 digital presses Arnold's company excels at developing new folding carton designs, whether it is for big companies' food, automotive or pharmaceutical products or a limited production run for a local firm. "It seems like the whole world is always on backorder," remarks Arnold, "and we excel at last-minute jobs."
