摘要

We compare the static and dynamic behavior of fully printed organic inverters based on unipolar and complementary transistor logic. The latter show a better static as well as dynamic behavior with a superior voltage gain, noise margin and switching speed. Finally the first fully printed complementary NAND-gate is demonstrated.
