This article discusses a relation between the constant rank constraint qualification (CRCQ) and the recently proposed relaxed constant rank constraint qualification (RCRCQ). We show that a parametric constraint system satisfying the RCRCQ is locally diffeomorphic to a system satisfying the CRCQ.
