摘要

In this study, the fluoro-aluminosilicate glasses with compositions of 50SiO2-20AlF3-10BaF2-10BaCO3-9K2O-1Bi2O3 (SAB) were prepared using the conventional melting method and Ag+ K+ ions exchange process. The visible and near-infrared luminescence spectra of the Bin+-doped (n = 1, 2, and 3) under excitations of 273, 345, 543, 690 nm, and 808 nm LD wavelengths were investigated. The EDS analysis of the SAB glass was measured to confirm the presence of atoms in the glass. The DTA and temperature parameters were measured and determined to evaluate the thermal. Besides, with the increase in percentage concentration of AgNO3: KNO3 during the ions exchange process, the values of optical bandgaps were also estimated and analyzed.commentSuperscript/Subscript Available/comment
