Abstract. The spatial-spectral holographic imaging system u0001S2-VHISu0002 isna promising alternative to confocal microscopy due to its capabilities tonsimultaneously image several sample depths with high resolution. How-never, the field of view of previously presented S2-VHIS prototypes hasnbeen restricted to less than 200 u0001m.
