摘要

The effect of AIN addition on the phase structures and luminescence properties of phosphor has been discussed. SrAl_(2+x)O_4N_x :0.02Eu~(2+),0.03Dy~(3+) (x = 0 to 0.3) phosphors have been synthesized by a solid-state reaction. X-ray powder diffraction shows that the phase structures of as-prepared SrAI_(2+x)O_4N_x:0.02Eu~(2+),0.03Dy~(3+) remain invariable with the SrAl_2O_4 phase when the content of AIN is below 0.3. With the addition of AIN, photoluminescence intensities of SrAI_(2+x)O_4N_x :0.02Eu~(2+), 0.03Dy~(3+) phosphors decrease with increasing x; however, the afterglow phosphorescence intensities obviously increased. The mechanism of the enhanced phosphorescence properties was also discussed.
