摘要

Kudryashov-Sinelshchikov equation arises in the study of pressure waves in the mixture of liquid and gas bubbles. In this paper, the exact wave solutions of the Kudryashov- Sinelshchikov equation are obtained using the improved tan ((Φ(η))/2)-expansion technique.Four types of solutions namely, trigonometric function solution, hyperbolic function solution, exponential function solution and rational solution are constructed. Exact travelling wave solutions including kink, periodic, bright and dark solitons are obtained. The wave solutions are graphically illustrated by 3D-surface plots and the corresponding 2D-contour plots. The comparison of the results obtained by the improved tan((Φ(η))/2) method with results obtained by other methods reveals that the improved tan((Φ(η))/2) method is more effective and powerful.
