Business activity monitoring: Real-time group goals and feedback using an overhead Scoreboard in a distribution center

This study combined an engineered labor standard and a business activity monitoring overhead Scoreboard to examine the impact of aggregated group performance feedback after work was completed. In addition to showing the performance percent, color codes corresponding to different percentages were included to increase the salience of the feedback. (30 refs.)
