Report from the field: The impact of wireless technology on loading trucks at an auto parts distribution center

摘要

Organizational behavior management practitioners aim at implementing interventions that enhance workflow of company processes. The present research work has made an attempt to improve the performance inefficiencies in transportation especially in loading trucks in a large industrial setting. With the help of wireless communication technology, the paper tries to showcase as to how immediate feedback for accurately loading pallets in the proper reverse stop sequence can enhance workflow.
