Roughly 11 million computer printers were sold in 1995, and most people use printers for several years. Should you be in the market for a new printer, and if so, what should you buy? Printers keep getting sharper, faster, and cheaper, and some former rules of thumb for purchase are fading away. You can still get less than you pay for, but there are many good choices in today's printer market.
