Table Olive Conference

On 19 February 1997 a conference on table olives organised by the IOOC was held at the Hattori School of Nutrition in Tokyo, one of the most prestigious cookery schools in Japan. The conference was introduced by Madame Tsusiko Hattori and was addressed by Ms Lourdes March and Dr Garrido Fernandez as key speakers.
