Legal: Texas sues gas stations, charges sites with price gouging

The Texas attorney general has sued two gas station operators in the state claiming that they gouged consumers on fuel prices, taking advantage of the disaster created by Hurricane Harvey. The two companies are Bains Brothers, of Dallas, which owns Texaco gas stations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area; and Encinal Fuel Stop, a Chevron gas station just outside Laredo.
