Shortly after last year's 'Deepwater roundup' was published, the BG Group-led Burullus Gas Group started incremental gas production at West Delta Deep Marine offshore Egypt through phase five, a compression project in the concession. The project included installation of two onshore gas turbine-driven compression sets, new absorption towers and associated equipment to extend plateau production from WDDM reservoirs.
