摘要

We report on the structural studies of Ba_(6-3x)Nd_(8+2x)Ti_(18)O_(54) (x = 0.5 and 0.7) microwave dielectric ceramics. Refinements of synchrotron X-ray diffraction patterns collected from powder samples between 10 and 295 K have showed that the lattice framework for both specimens is orthorhombic. Changes of the cell edges and volume as a function of temperature have been characterised.
