Study on the measurement of properties of polycapillary X-ray lens

Analyses of the existing methods of measuring the properties of polycapillary X-ray lens are presented. A new method - axial scanning method (ASM) - is devised to find the position of the focal spot of polycapillary X-ray lens, and to evaluate the known measuring method. The energy dependence of the output focal distance of the polycapillary X-ray lens can be obtained by using the ASM.
