摘要

We report direct evidence of extensive radiation damage in MgO nanocrystals due to intense bombardment (2 × 10 electronsm sec) by electrons with beam energies between 60keV and 120 keV. Based upon a minimum intensity necessary to produce the observed damage, we present an explanation based on the Knotek-Feibelman process.
