摘要

The paper is devoted to three-dimensional electrostatic field calculations. It is shown that the surface charge technique may be significantly improved by the correct treatment of the surface charge density singularities on the electrodes' ribs and tips. The potential calculation accuracy up to one millionth is achieved. The proper finite-element approximations for surface charge density are considered.
