摘要

We present a novel algorithm to solve the inverse scattering problem in the time domain and to obtain the reconstruction of an unknown object in an area of interest. In its most general form, the inverse scattering problem is computationally very intensive due to the necessity of computing the internal field in parallel with the reconstruction of the characteristic object function. The algorithm presented here utilizes a Rytov-based approximation of the internal field, thus expanding to a considerable degree, the class of scatterers which can be reconstructed compared to the simple Born approximation.
