In the present work, applicability and advantages of the use of synchrotron radiation to the X-ray diffraction (XRD) study of the phase composition and microstructure of nonstoichiometric oxygen-permeable oxides having the composition Sr_(1-x)A_x Co_(0.8-y)Al_yFe_(0.2)O_z, (where A = La, Ca) and SrFe_(1-x)M_xO_z, (where M = W, Mo) have been demonstrated.
