On the round table discussion on reactor power margins published in Nuclear Engineering and Design 163 (1-2)

We recently became aware of the article pub- lished in Nuclear Engineering and Design 201 (2000) 347-352 which is a reply to our letter to the editor entitled 'On the Round Table Discus- sion on Reactor Power Margins Published in Nu- clear Engineering and Design 163 (1-2) 1996' (Nucl. Eng. Des. 201, 2000, 335-346). We hereby wish to express our opinions on this reply, with particular emphasis on the first paragraph: 'Criti- cism of regulatory policy and speculations'.
