摘要

Problems of diffraction from two-dimensional (2D) perfectly conducting and dielectric scatlcrers arc solved in the domain of quasi-optical wavelengths using the modified method of discrete sources, which is a new universal technique. Algorithms provided by the method proposed are stable and guarantee a high accuracy and rapid convergence of computational results. Solutions to problems of scattering of E- and H-polarized waves from various bodies are obtained for different types of boundary conditions. The influence of the problem parameters on the accuracy of the solution is analyzed.
