Qualcomm signs with Sematech

Qualcomm has entered into a collaborative agreement with manufacturing consortium Sematech under which the two organisations will work to advance cmos scaling and assess new technologies. Qualcomm is the first fabless company to join Sematech.rnThe move is part of a strategic plan by Sematech to broaden its membership to address technical and business challenges, while reducing the cost and risk of future process technologies.
