摘要

This paper is concerned with pinning synchronization of coupled fractional-order time-varying delayed neural networks. For an arbitrary fixed topology, an effective control law is introduced to select the pinned nodes, under which several sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the asymptotic synchronization of coupled fractional-order delayed neural networks. Moreover, sufficient conditions are derived for the synchronization in Mittag-Leffler sense if there is no delay in coupled fractional-order neural networks. A numerical example is proposed to substantiate the effectiveness of the theoretical results. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
