Fractional-order nonlinear multi-agent systems with distributed and input delays are considered, in which the topology of multi-agent system corresponds to a directed weighted graph or an undirected weighted graph. Several algebraic conditions on leader-following consensus are presented by using fractional-order Razumikhin approach and algebraic graph theory. Finally, we present two numerical examples to illustrate those conditions proposed are feasible and convenient to evaluate consensus. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
