Retraction notice to: Bifurcations and chaos in a discrete-time-delayed Hopfield neural network with ring structures and different internal decays [Neurocomputing 99 (2013) 154-162]

The authors have plagiarized part of a paper that had already appeared in [Neural Networks, volume 22 issue 10 (2009) 1411-1418 ]. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that the authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. In our opinion, the overlap between this article and the earlier paper in Neural Networks is too large to be acceptable and hence violates our publishing ethics. We offer our apologies to the readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process.
