AN EFFICIENT PDE-BASED NONLINEAR ANISOTROPIC DIFFUSION MODEL FOR IMAGE DENOISING

摘要

In this paper, we propose a new nonlinear anisotropic diffusion model for image denoising. The main idea is to apply a priori smoothness on the solution image. We present proof of the viscosity solution for our model. The results of our model using explicit numerical schemes are compared with other known image denoising models.
