/Drupal/HTM L5 theming in Drupal 7

By default, the latest version of the Drupal content management system outputs XHTML 1.0 markup. While this may be great for websites designed for 2010, it's now 2012 and we should all be developing in semantic HTML5 for the future of the web. HTML5 has been a long time coming, and a variety of tools and shims exist which help make it work with all older browsers. There's practically no reason to not code in HTML5.
