NEC has produced the GaAs switch IC series for the mobile phones. The conventional SPDT-SW has two con- trol inputs that are connected by the inverter circuit. This time NEC has developed the new single controlled SPDT-SW μPG2010TB input that has the inverter circuit On the GaAs chip. This paper gives an outline of the ΜPG2010TB.
