We know more about our world than ever before. Improvements in satellite imagery, mapping technology and real-time navigation services now offer an unprecedented view of our planet. So why is it still so difficult to navigate around? How often does a vehicle sat nav direct its user to the wrong place? How often are visitors left searching for an entrance door when the postcode has only directed them to the building? How often are deliveries delayed, and frustrated customers forced to provide additional directions? At best this can be frustrating and time-consuming, but at worst, poor addressing prevents businesses from delivering efficiently, resulting in increased costs.
