I'm always amazed when somebody reads my biography and I'm not sure who wrote that. I sit in front of a group like this and I think, why in the world would you folks, with the backgrounds you have and the focus you have, want to hear from a guy like me, because obviously my portfolio is greatly varied, but it doesn't have a lot to do with engineering. All the engineering I know was taught to me years ago by a master chief machinist's mate, and Admiral Rickover tried to improve on it for a few months.
