1 large can of black beans, rinsed and drained 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon grated lime peel 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce 114 cup chopped cilantro leaves 2 plum tomatoes, chopped Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl, mix well. Mix lightly cilantro leaves, plum tomatoes. Serve with chips or carrot sticks, and red pepper strips.
