Miami Nassau Race Week 2009

The Coral Reef Yacht Club and the Nassau Yacht Club, co-hosts of Miami Nassau Race Week, are requesting competitors to advise the organizing committee of their plans for the 2009 event. As in past years, this is designed to help with forward planning for limited dock space and advance arrangements for special on-call border formalities in The Bahamas in conjunction with the Ministry of Tourism. Miami Nassau Race Week incorporates the much-heralded 172-mile Miami Nassau Ocean Race, with a subsequent day of more relaxed buoy racing in the spectacular waters of Nassau, Bahamas. The 2009 event is scheduled for February 6-10, however competitors with a short schedule can choose to participate solely in the Miami Nassau Ocean Race.
