New Finishing Port For The Jacques Vabre 2009: Costa Rica Bound!

For this 9th edition, the Transat Jacques Vabre 2009 is heading for Costa Rica in Central America. The double-handed transatlantic race, which will start in Le Havre, France, on November 7 for the monohulls and November 8 for the multihulls will now be heading towards a brand-new Coffee destination, which follows the great shipping route. After four editions that had been bound for Colombia, then four more with the destination of Brazil, the Transat Jacques Vabre fleet will now be heading for Puerto Limon, the gateway to Costa Rica on the Caribbean coast.
