4 cups all-purpose flour. 2 cups packed brown sugar. 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats. 1/3 cup buttermilk blend powder. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 cup vegetable shortening. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
