Women logistics execs: many are managers

For the second year, Council of Logistics Management (CLM) has surveyed its women members for insights into the demographics of females in the profession. Many women hold managerial titles. Or, they serve in higher roles (chart). But only 3.6% of the women surveyed have fully crashed through the "glass ceiling," reaching the top of their firms.
