Chains, chocks, and shackles

Modelers have been literally drop-ping all sorts of things into gon-dolas and onto flatcars since the beginnings of the hobby. Recently, we've seen numerous model flatcars with molded "racks" on their decks to keep large boxes, farm machinery, and military equipment from sliding off. However, we really need to pay more attention to these open loads to keep up with the recent improvements in realistic details on our other cars and locomotive models.
