Downloading new sounds for a LokSound decoder

One of the coolest recent advances in Digital Command Control (DCC) sound decoders is a feature that allows the user to customize the decoder by downloading new sounds. Several manufacturers have announced decoders that will offer this feature, and the LokSound V3.5 series of decoders from Electronic Solutions Ulm (ESU) is already on the market. Since I was curious to see how it worked, I ordered a decoder and the required LokSound Programmer.
