MAKING FIXED AND TRAVELLING STEADIES

摘要

As there are designs included for two steadies I have taken the opportunity to use two alternative methods for some operations. These consist of using the rotary table for one steady and the lathe's faceplate for the other. The reader can choose which is preferable for their workshop and use it for both. I expect some readers may think that items are made virtually problem free in my workshop, but this is not always so.
