A swing tool holder for internal threading

摘要

Swing up tool holders for external threading greatly simplify thread cutting in the lathe. An article on such a tool was published in MEWWS. Feed back from others that have built swing up tool holders has been very positive and all agree that the thread cutting procedure is both easier and less prone to error compared to conventional thread cutting procedures.
