Wind farm realities

I think the energy minister, John Hayes, should be congratulated for giving some much-needed clarification on the Government's wind farm policy. The current policy dearly states that 'onshore wind could contribute up to around 13GW by 2020'. Many developers have wrongly been using this 13GW figure as a minimum target in a bid to push through their plans.
