Working through the ages

In April our research with Jobsgopublic, one of our Platinum sponsors, on multigenerational workforces was published This was our first research topic of the six pieces of work we agreed in 2017. I am really pleased to say that it was very well received and we followed this up by sharing our findings at one of our Open Theatres in June's Public Sector Show at ExCel London. We're familiar with the challenges in public sector of an ageing workforce and difficulties in recruiting and retaining younger people. It feels like one of those issues we have been talking about for a long time, but not necessarily following through with solid research to help us identify what we need to be doing about this.
